What I Can Notarize

What You Need to Bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or permanent resident card)
• The document(s) to be notarized – unsigned (I will watch you sign)
• Any witnesses required by your document (if not provided by me – please ask in advance)

Service Options

• In-person appointments – At my office or a convenient location in Barrie , Newmarket and Aurora
• Mobile notary – I can travel to your home, office, or legal firm (travel fees may apply)
• Same-day service – Most documents completed in one short appointment

Fees

Transparent, flat-rate pricing – no hidden charges.

Notarization and Commissioning

• Standard notarization (signature & seal): $40 for the first notarization $25 for each additional notarization
• Certified true copies: $40 per copy $25 for each additional
• Mobile service: $50 and up (based on distance) , Plus the cost of notarization

HST applies. Ask about volume discounts for businesses.
